At Arga Motif, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely.

Domestic Shipping (Indonesia): We offer standard shipping across Indonesia. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
International Shipping: For worldwide shipping, orders must be placed manually as we need to calculate international shipping costs before payment. If you're outside Indonesia and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at argamotif@gmail.com. Provide your location and the items you'd like to purchase, and we’ll calculate the shipping fee for your destination. Once confirmed, we'll guide you through the manual payment process.

Return & Exchange Policy

Arga Motif take pride in our handcrafted products and hope you’re satisfied with your purchase. We handle returns with care to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for a return, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and provide an unboxing video as proof of the item’s condition upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color and pattern are part of the uniqueness and craftsmanship of each piece. Returns for such variations or change of mind are not accepted.
Process: If your item is defective or damaged, contact us at argamotif@gmail.com with your order number, unboxing video, and photos of the issue. We will guide you through the return process.
Refunds: Once the return is approved and the item is received, we will issue a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
